Quick post to update southern Wisconsin's rain. Rivers are high across the south, most are at/near bankfull with many already entering floodstage.

By going to this website and clicking on the name of the gauge, a hydrograph with current and recent river levels will be shown for each location.
High Rainfall Totals continue...I've had problems finding rainfall numbers for the entire event:

Cold Air Funnels reported today across west-central Wisconsin.

...FUNNEL CLOUDS OBSERVED IN THE AREA...
AT 425 PM CDT...FUNNEL CLOUDS WERE REPORTED IN CHIPPEWA COUNTY
WISCONSIN NEAR HIGHWAY 29 AND COUNTY ROAD T. THERE ARE A FEW LIGHT
SHOWERS...BUT NO THUNDERSTORMS IN THE AREA...AND CONDITIONS ARE NOT
FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF STRONG OR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
HOWEVER...THERE IS A WIND SHIFT LINE IN THE AREA AND TALL CUMULUS
CLOUDS WHICH ARE WORKING TO PRODUCE NUMEROUS FUNNEL CLOUDS.
CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ADDITIONAL FUNNEL
CLOUDS FOR THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO ACROSS ST CROIX... DUNN...
CHIPPEWA...PIERCE...AND EAU CLAIRE COUNTIES IN WISCONSIN.
COLD AIR FUNNELS CLOUDS SUCH AS THESE NORMALLY DO NOT TOUCH THE
GROUND. AS A RESULT...THEY RARELY DO ANY DAMAGE. NORMALLY...THEY
LAST ONLY A FEW MINUTES BEFORE DISSIPATING.
THEREFORE...PERSONS IN THE AREA SHOULD NOT BECOME UNDULY ALARMED.
HOWEVER..THEY SHOULD REMAIN ON THE ALERT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A
PLACE OF SAFETY IF A FUNNEL SHOULD APPROACH THE GROUND.
ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TO BE FAVORABLE FOR THE
FORMATION OF ADDITIONAL COLD AIR FUNNEL CLOUDS DURING THE NEXT
SEVERAL HOURS.
