
Finally RAIN!
Yesterday morning brought a line of storms and rain across the area, beginning at 05:30. The bulk of the rain ended an hour later, but mist and drizzle continued throughout the day, completely ending around 16:15.
No sun yesterday - fog and mist hung around through the day, overnight dense fog blanketed the region. At 05:14 this morning the National Weather Service issued a Dense Fog Advisory for the area until 10:00. Duluth and Hayward had
visibilities reduced to ¼ of a mile, Ashland, Superior, Siren, and Phillips reported 1/15th of a mile (3500 feet) visibility at sunrise.
