I've added the warning map from the NWS in Duluth that highlights the area where a flood warning is in effect, the light green polygon in northern Wisconsin.
This warning starts at 07:30 on Sunday (5/27) and will expire Monday (5/28) at 07:30.
The other green counties on this map are part of a Flash Flood Watch, indicating that if more heavy rain falls, flooding in these areas may occur very quickly.
Radar estimates (left) show 2-5" of rain has fallen in the past four days across a very large area. With saturated soils, standing water, and streams that are already full of water, any addition rain will continue to cause flooding.
Remember that driving through flooded roads is not safe - there is no way to know what is under the water.
